Paying for my order
Why use PayPal?
PayPal is #1 in online payments. PayPal is the most widely recognized and respected independent third party company, based in the United States, which specializes in processing online credit card transactions. PayPal is the largest and most respected online payment processor on the Internet with well over 8 million users.
Is it safe to use my credit card online?
You can safely enter your entire credit card number via our secure server, which encrypts all submitted information. If you choose to save your credit card details for your next visit, they will be stored in a secure PCI DSS-compliant facility which meets the international requirements for safely storing and processing credit card information. Punchline.com.au only accepts Visa and Mastercard.
Where do I find my credit card security code (CSC)?
The Card Security Code (CSC) Number is printed on your credit card and provides you with extra security. It is usually a 3 or 4 digit number, which is not part of the credit card number. The CSC is typically printed on the back of a credit card (usually in the signature field) or just above the Account Number.
Can I pay by cheque or by direct bank deposit?
No you cannot pay by cheque or direct bank deposit as it is not ideal for the online shopping world in this medium as the time delay for cleared funds does not allow for fast delivery of your order.
When will my order arrive?
Once your order is processed it is Invoiced and Despatched and reaches post that day or the following day. Delivery times depend on where your order is being delivered to. For orders sent within Australia, we deliver by Star Track from our warehouse in Brisbane and these orders will take approximately 2-3 days delivery to most states. Customers in Western Australia may have a further 2-3 days to wait depending on the postal service in your local area. For New Zealand customers, you will be contacted by our friendly sales staff to arrange delivery. Please note that Punchline.com.au only ships to Australia and New Zealand.
How much do I pay for shipping?
Punchline Comedy offer a flat rate of only $4 AUD for all local orders. Shipping is free for orders equaling or over $50 AUD.
It says “Free Express Post Shipping” for Christmas. What does this mean?
Punchline Comedy are offering FREE EXPRESS POST SHIPPING for all orders for Christmas. This is to try to ensure that your order arrives as quickly as possible in case it is a gift. Please note that all orders must be completed before the 17th December to ensure that the delivery makes it in time for Christmas. Our office will be closed from the 22nd December until the 1st January.
What happens if my DVD is faulty?
If you believe that you have received a faulty DVD please try the disc in another DVD player before contacting our help desk to eliminate player issues. In your email to us, please provide an exact time on the disc where the error occurs as well as details about your DVD player. Our friendly sales representative will respond to your enquiry promptly.
Competitions and Giveaways
How do I enter Punchline Comedy competitions?
If I win tickets, does Punchline fly me to the venue?
No. If you enter the competition when tickets are involved you must live in the same city and be able to get yourself to the venue unless otherwise specified. Punchline Comedy will not provide flights or accommodation for ticket prize winners. Please only enter a ticketing competition if you live near or if you will be in that city at the time of the show.
